The International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) is the premier international membership association for physicians, researchers, and medical professionals, who are dedicated to conquering lung and thoracic cancers worldwide. We are seeking an Education Coordinator to provide administration, management, and technical expertise to support the implementation and management of the IASLC learning management system (LMS) that delivers content related to continuing medical education (CME).
Day to day, the Education Coordinator provides LMS system administration and supports the production of medical educational content and will assist in the administration of CME requirements for IASLC programming.
This nonsupervisory, exempt position is physically based in our downtown Denver, CO office on a hybrid work schedule. This position reports to the Director, Education.
In this role, you will:
• Provide content and asset management and ongoing maintenance of the learning management system (LMS) focused on medical education.
• Primary contact with vendor to troubleshoot end user, internal, system performance and/or functionality issues.
• Optimize the LMS system to ensure an efficient, engaging user experience that aligns with the global medical education strategy and meets compliance requirements for continuing medical education (CME).
• Develop and provide system user training and management; serve as first line of support for internal Maintain system documentation, including LMS user guides, processes, configurations, and security.
• Collaborate with internal experts to build and maintain LMS integrations with other platforms.
• Develop, implement, and track activity evaluations and outcome surveys to capture learner data and feedback.
• Maintain records within ACCME PARS system and assist with preparation of annual CME accreditation reports.
• Collect, track, report, and document conflict of interest resolution.
• Utilize designated software to track and report relevant data on CME activities and credits.
• Deliver timely, responsive, positive customer service to internal and external constituents.
A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of experience in administering and/or configuring Learning Management Systems in an association, business, or healthcare context.
• Experience with adult e-learning, remote learning, and/or instructional technology in an association, business, or healthcare context.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with internal and external constituencies.
• Proficiency in standard computer programs with demonstrated aptitude for quickly and efficiently learning and embracing new software.
• Demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing, organization, time management, and project management with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.
• Multilingual fluency/literacy would be a plus.

Job Description
Ekar’s Community Outreach and Programs Manager plays a critical leadership role in the organization, overseeing the implementation of mission-driven and creative programming, community outreach that responds to community needs, and network building that strengthens relationships within and between community partners and individuals.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt employee position at 40 hours/week. Salary range is $50,000 -$55,000 depending on experience. Farm provides ongoing professional development, DEIJ trainings, 15 days paid vacation (after 1 year of employment), 6 days per year sick time, and 18 paid Federal and Jewish holidays. Ekar does not at this time provide employer paid group health insurance but may do so in the future, although we do provide a $150 per month health benefits stipend. All full time staff members receive a COLA (cost of living adjustment) of 5% annually on August 1st.
Schedule
General hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday. This position requires some evenings and weekend work, as well as a heavier workload during the growing season. During April through October average hours are 40 per week, in November – March average hours may be less than 40 per week.
Join The Greenway Foundation’s SPREE (South Platte River Environmental Education) program as an Environmental Educator! You’ll teach outdoor environmental education for preschool-5th grade students, teach at summer camps, and support community events and youth programs. This is a full-time, in-person position with variable hours based on program bookings. Most programs run weekdays, with occasional evenings and weekends required. All programs take place outdoors in Denver public parks or at local schools. Some programs involve working with monolingual Spanish-speaking children/families. You will be expected to communicate fluently in Spanish as needed. Work Environment:
The working environment is typically that of a classroom using a computer, chalkboard, desk and other educational tools, year-round. The ECE Teacher may be exposed to sick or sometimes contagious/ill children and must therefore be conscious of ensuring the health and safety of the kids, their parents, school personnel and themselves. The childcare facility is licensed for 111 children. This position frequently communicates with staff and children. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
Physical Demands:
The person in this position needs to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Frequently bending, standing, crouching. Activities are completed within the building and outdoors.
