Racial Identity Advising Liaison

YAASPA is seeking a Racial Identity Advising Liaison. This is a school-based teaching position with both full-time and part-time options. The role centers on classroom work with middle school and high school BIPoC students facilitating dialogues around racial identity, equity and justice. Additionally, the role incorporates serving as a liaison between the youth and school leadership to advocate for dignity and belonging in their school experience.

– Ability to educate others on academic and civic development topics.
– Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
