Corporate Partnership Manager
There With Care is seeking an experienced Corporate Partnership Manager to join our team. The Corporate Partnership Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding relationships with corporate partners. This role includes developing strategic partnerships, managing sponsorships, and implementing partnership benefits that align with corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals. The ideal candidate has a passion for nonprofit work, strong relationship-building skills, and an ability to connect with diverse corporate stakeholders.

Founded in Colorado in 2005, There With Care’s mission is to provide a wide range of meaningful and fundamental services for families and children during the critical phase of a medical crisis. We serve families referred by hospital social workers and build support around them through a community of individuals, volunteers, services, and businesses, who ease their burden of life’s day-to-day obligations with compassion and care. Our current service locations are Colorado and the Bay Area of California.
The Important Work You’ll Do
- Identify and cultivate potential corporate partners who align with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Research industry trends, CSR programs, and prospective corporate partnerships to expand our network.
- Develop and implement annual plans and goals for corporate partnerships in collaboration with the Development team.
- Establish metrics for success and track the impact of corporate partnerships on organizational goals.
- Track relationship activity and management using Salesforce donor database and help maintain data integrity.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners to create opportunities for corporate grants. Collaborate with the grant writer to ensure timely and accurate submission of grant applications.
- Actively solicit and secure sponsorships from corporations to reach the revenue goal for There With Care annual events.
- Oversee sponsorship benefit fulfillment including invoicing, payment collection, and collecting materials to properly execute benefits.
- Collaborate on the development of partnership materials, including presentations, proposals, and marketing content.
- Develop intentional, creative, and cost-effective stewardship initiatives.
- Assist with additional projects as assigned.

The Important Skills You’ll Need To Have
- Bachelor’s degree required
- A strong commitment to the mission of There With Care
- 3+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, fundraising, or related areas.
- A resourceful style with the ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects as well as to be a team player who is eager to collaborate with others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to network and build alliances.
- Must have computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
