The Mission for this Position

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about our mission, our work, and our organizational culture that is rooted in relationship, community, and mindfulness. This is an opportunity to be a part of the leadership team of a non-profit seeking to embody and practice its mission at all levels, board, staff, and in our programming.


The Overview for this Position

Working alongside The ROCK Center Executive Director, the ideal candidate will be a licensed Mental Health practitioner with a minimum of 2 years of Executive leadership in a Non-Profit or similarly community-serving organization. This role will serve as the primary point person for all aspects of our Organization-wide Evaluation, Mental Wellness Integration, and Staff wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate will also partner with the Executive Director in guiding the organization, growing its impact, and developing community partners and sustainability measures.

Position Responsibilities

We believe in a collaborative co-creative model, this list is meant to identify some specifics but much of the workflow will be managed in conjunction with the Executive Director and Program Team. These are some of the day-to-day tasks and the right candidate will help guide, inform, and implement their workflow to support the work of The ROCK Center
