Residential Program Manager

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations of the residential program and managing the member experience operations, administrative responsibilities, and staffing of TGP’s micro-community site, which provides residential-style shelter to women and gender expansive individuals through a contract with Denver’s Office of Housing Stability (HOST). This includes responsibility for promoting the safety and stability of shelter guests, supporting the achievement of programmatic outcomes, and collaborating effectively with the case management team and other shelter staff to ensure a safe and dignified living environment. The program manager must operate with a broad understanding of the population’s various needs and an ability to create a safe and supportive environment for all shelter guests. The program manager will work closely with the facilities coordinator to ensure shelter maintenance needs are met.
