Position: Men’s RISE Mental Health Team Lead
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $65,000 – 74,000 per year

A Master’s degree and current LCSW Licensure is required.
Minimum Salary: $65,000 start with master’s degree
+ $3,000 for Clinical License (LPC/LCSW)
+ $6,000 for LAC (split $3,000 for CAS/CAT and $3,000 LAC if obtained at different times).
Max Salary: $74,000

Job Description: A trauma therapist conducts trauma education groups, basic intakes, comprehensive intakes (biopsychosocial assessments), and trauma assessments in a recovery unit (Recovery in a Secure Environment), and transition planning (clinical case management) in Denver County Jail.  The therapist is knowledgeable in trauma recovery and the many avenues of healing from trauma and substance use disorder.  The therapist utilizes participant-centered, trauma-informed, harm reduction, and strengths-based approaches to empower men incarcerated in Denver County Jail to seek liberation and reduce recidivism. This position will also provide on-site supervision to other counselors-in-training within the RISE program.
Empowerment Administrative Supervision provided by the Deputy Director.
External Clinical Supervision is required to maintain licensure.
