SUMMARY OF POSITION Chase house is a Qualified Residential Treatment Program providing services to youth ages 12-18 who are part of the child welfare system. Our home-like environment provides a variety of services including prosocial outings, life skills development, therapeutic services, medical support, group facilitation and healing through relationships. Chase House hopes to ensure that every young person that enters the program can transition to a safe and stable environment. This 24/7 program flourishes with strong resourceful leadership that meets work with humor, playfulness and dedication to the role. Organization, clear direct communication and attention to detail are a must. Also important is the innate ability to build and support a positive work culture.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Required:
Currently licensed as a clinician (LPC/LCSW/LAC/MFT/Psychologist) in the state of Colorado
TGTHR’s important work classifies our employees and program participants as high risk. Our staff’s health, safety and ability to provide critical services remain our most important priorities. If you are hired, you will be required to prove that you have received the COVID-19 vaccine or are able to receive one within seven weeks of hire.
