Business Manager
Summary of Job Duties: Assist
the Parish Pastor in administrative duties deemed necessary in Business
Management, Coordinate a wide range of parish activities, programs, and
administrative functions. Serve as stand-in Administrator when Pastor
is absent.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares Annual Facility Budget
- Provide budget guidance and consideration to Parish
- Coordinates and Oversees Parish annual budgets.
- Manage Administration and Facilities budgets.
- Process payment authorization forms for payments.
- Process and approves Payroll authorizations.
- Coordinate Parish Benefit Allocation System and Human Resources.
- Record and maintain employee Discretionary Time Off record.
- Oversees Financial instituted activities, First Bank, Schwab Investments.
- Manage and monitor distribution and activities of Bank Cards.
- Process contributions Checks donations via ARCA systems.
- Reconcile monthly Financial Statement of Activities and Credit Card Statements
- Review and submit annual Tax-Exempt and Safety reports.
- Works alongside with McMillen & Company Audits.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce policies, procedures and forms for facility use.
- Manage National Collection Schedule.
- Manage Parish Flock Notes Platform.
- Overseeing Face Books activities.
- Maintain Event Scheduler, Electronic.
- Oversee and Manage Event and Facility Calendar.
- Coordinate Virtus Safety Environment Training and Tracking Platform.
- Submit State of Colorado Raffle quarterly reports.
- Submit annual State of Colorado License renewal.
- Serve as the Pastoral Council, Finance Council and Liturgical Committee
- Maintains employees’ files.
- Manage and submit Background verifications.
- Supervise staff personnel to include hiring and separations
- Other duties as assigned.
