FLSA Classification: Salary/Exempt

Position Level: Full-Time

Pay Range: $78,000-$84,000

Job Summary

RMHC-Denver is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our amazing team of caring and mission minded individuals. This position is responsible for all aspects of human resource management including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee development and assisting with compensation and benefits. As an HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives that foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement.
