The Benefits & Payroll Administrator will be responsible for preparing payroll, administering the full suite of RMPM’s benefits program including health benefits, soft benefits, workers’ compensation, and leaves of absence, maintaining accurate employee records, HRIS reporting, and overseeing unemployment claims. This role requires attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks on deadlines. It is critical to the operations of the organization and HR team, so we are looking for someone who enjoys doing this type of work and can stay organized along the way.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Office environment, Radio on-air Studio environment, audio production suites, etc.The position requires the ability to lift and carry production equipment up to 50 lbs.
