Engagement & Project Coordinator.
 

The Senior Employer Engagement and Project Coordinator provides overall coordination for the UnidosUS Avanzando 2 Good Jobs (A2JG) initiative with Mi Casa. This role coordinates efforts to build strong relationships with employers and is responsible for implementing MCRC’s employment strategies. The Senior Employer Engagement and Project Coordinator acts as a bridge between Career Program participants and Denver-area employers. The Senior Employer Engagement & Project Coordinator also works with the Career team and Employment Advisory Councils to provide program participants the training, skills and experience necessary to stand out in the current employment market.
