Resident Services Manager – Social Services

As a Resident Services Manager I, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by implementing comprehensive programs and services. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by underserved communities, particularly those related to homelessness, mental health, and substance use. You will mentor and coach Resident Services staff at several properties in the Denver area.

Pay: Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Starting salary range is $28.29-32.00/hour.
Duties:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build partnerships with local service providers.
- Coordinate with property management teams to ensure smooth delivery of resident services.
- Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and adjust strategies as needed to meet community needs.
- Produce reports and understand outcomes from resident services data; prepare and submit all required reports in a timely manner.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Resident Services staff.
- Partner with Resource Development staff in general fundraising efforts, track and meet grant compliance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- One (1) year of experience in community development or social service program development.
- Program and staff management experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Work collaboratively with others in a team environment, respecting and valuing the perspectives and contributions of others.
- Function effectively in an environment with diverse cultures and multiple perspectives and lines of authority.
- Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency of verbal, writing and listening skills.
- Perform basic computer functions using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrate knowledge in data collection and analysis.
- Effectively motivate and supervise other staff, develop staff skills in support of resident and community programs and initiatives through training and mentoring.
