Co-located Program Coordinator
Position: Co-located Program Coordinator (full-time) – Two year grant-funded (ends 2026)
Reports to: Co-located Program Director
Supervises: No direct supervision; supports interns in co-located sites
Position Hours: Full-time (40 hours); Hours 8am-4pm or 11am – 7pm (1-2 evenings per week);

Maria Droste Counseling Center provides collaborative behavioral health services for community members, regardless of their ability to pay. We partner with other community organizations to bring mental health services to where people already live and receive care, including schools and family justice centers. Additionally, we provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families through our traditional outpatient programming. We are a growing, dynamic, evolving workplace and seeking a candidate who is interested in and able to grow with the organization.
Job Summary: Join a growing and mission oriented team that helps reduce barriers to accessing mental health services. This position serves as support of our Co-located programs, where the organization brings mental health services to where people already live and receive care. The Co-located programs (Integrated Care and Children First) are in varying stages of development and this position will support the implementation of programming as determined by the Co-located Program Director and Clinical Director. Ongoing investment in existing partner relationships, management and clinical support of the Co-located care team composed primarily of unlicensed therapists, and direct service delivery. This position will work collaboratively with the program team, supervisors, and larger community at Maria Droste and guide and participate in relevant meetings and training. If this position were filled by an unlicensed clinician, training and supervision towards licensure will be provided.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Partnerships (50%)
- Work collaboratively with counterparts at various partner organizations, including
- Maintaining and updating contracts for ongoing work
- Filling and training clinical roles within the program
- Addressing volume and workflow issues
- Facilitating collaborative meetings and site visits at partner organizations
- Provide training at partner organizations
- Represent Maria Droste & Co-located programs at partner site events
- Collect feedback from clients at partner sites via focus groups
- Steward initiatives related to Diversifying the Workforce programming at partner sites including mental health career presentations, sharing marketing materials, and working with career readiness teams as available
- Field inquiries regarding potential partnerships and opportunities for collaboration
- Program & Provider Coordination (50%)
- Collaborate with other program staff to develop coherence and ensure compliance across all programs. This may include but is not limited to:
- Supporting clinicians serving partner sites
- Ensuring program expectations are met by providers
- Ensuring provider compliance with documentation and billing requirements
- Leading and develop training for trainees as programmatic opportunities arise
- Facilitating collaborative meetings and site visits at partner organizations
- Collect and evaluate programmatic data
Required Background, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelors in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or related field
- Master’s-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Relevant work experience may substitute for required education
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Bilingual candidates strongly preferred (Spanish)
- Regard for diverse backgrounds and experiences

- Ability to represent Agency to prospective clients, referral sources, and referral partners
- Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality
- Critical thinking & time management skills
- Lens of trauma-informed models of care

- Experience in nonprofit organizations
- Desire to grow in program management skills
- Desire to work with partner sites for service delivery
- Passion for working in a non-profit setting, supporting access to mental healthcare, and training clinicians to advance the mental health workforce for underserved populations
