Development & Communications Manager

Local Change Foundation, an independent 501(c)3 nonprofit organization affiliated with Elevations Credit Union, is seeking a Development and Communications Manager to help grow our community impact. This position will play a key role supporting the Foundation’s fundraising efforts, communications and outreach, program management and general administration. We’re looking for a detail oriented self-starter with strong interpersonal, public speaking and written communication skills.

Work Environment:

Elevations uses multi-factor authentication to keep our data safe. As such, a personal smartphone is a requirement for employment with us. This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Sitting frequently, walking occasionally, use of hands frequently, hearing constantly, talking frequently, exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally and up to 25 lbs of force infrequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Part-time – 20 hours a week
