OUTDOOR EDUCATOR

Position
Lincoln Hills Cares is seeking energetic and passionate outdoor-oriented individuals to serve our growing summer-based outdoor and environmental education programs. This position will be responsible for assisting with planning and implementing outdoor education and recreation programs with youth organizations and school groups. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in educational environments, facilitating programs, and working with youth. This is a full-time, temporary position from late May to mid-August, with the potential to stay on part-time through the fall.

Responsibilities
● Plan and facilitate engaging educational programs and curricula at Historic Lincoln Hills
● Assist with assigned daily program operations
● Foster meaningful interactions with a diverse population of youth participants
● Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the organization and its programming services
● Oversee the proper care, maintenance, and storage of program equipment and facilities
● Model exemplary behavior while maintaining open and effective communication
● Prioritize participant health and safety during all activities
