Position Title: Programs & Outreach Coordinator

Organization: Latinx Therapist Project CO

Location: Denver, CO

Type/Duration: Full-time, hourly, 40 hours/week, nonexempt, Hybrid work schedule. In person attendance 3 days a week in office (Denver) and attending in person events as needed.

Pay Range: $22-$27 per hour depending on years of experience, level of education, relevant skills, bilingual ability ($45,760-$56,160 annually)

About us: Latinx Therapist Project- CO (LTP), a project under Colorado Nonprofit Development Center (CNDC), is dedicated to increasing mental care providers serving the Latinx Spanish speaking Denver community and empowering our next generation of Latinx Therapist. We seek to accomplish this through variety of initiatives that include: recruitment, therapy specialty education, scholarships, graduate program directory, and Latinx therapist job directory.

Job Summary: The Program & Outreach Coordinator plays a key role in supporting administrative tasks, coordinating program tasks, while also being a key connector between the organization and the community. This person will provide administrative support, help coordinate events and programs, and lead outreach and engagement efforts across schools, colleges, and community partners.

This role has the potential to grow into a program manager or outreach manager position based on organizational needs and the employee’s strengths.
