JI recently received funding to launch a new multi-agency center based on the “Juvenile Assessment Center” model, so right now, this facility is being referred to as a new Juvenile Assessment Center. The Youth Pathways Shelter Manager facilitates all expansion and project implementation activities related to the temporary youth shelter. The Youth Pathways Shelter Manager will ensure a coordinated shelter that contributes to the safety of youth, families, and the community through the provision of shelter, early intervention, comprehensive assessment, and improved access to appropriate services. The Manager provides direct supervision of shelter staff and ensures adequate staff training, program development, program policies and procedures, and effective data entry and program evaluation to meet Licensing standards and related grant requirements.
