Therapist, Youth Residential Recovery

In collaboration with the Nurse and Program Manager, the Youth Residential Recovery Co-Occurring Therapist oversees youth, (13 through 18.5 years of age), admitted to the Jefferson Center’s Treatment Residential Recovery program.  Provides ongoing evaluation of consumer’s safety, assessing suicide and homicide risk. Provides individual, group and family therapy as well as case management and/or care coordination to consumers with substance use disorders or substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

 

Salary Grade 51 – Master’s Unlicensed Clinician $57,000 – $64,000*

Salary Grade 52 – (Licensed Clinician LCSW, LMFT, LPC) $70,000 – $77,200*

$1,500 1 month anniversary 
$1,500 6 month anniversary 
$2,000 1 year anniversary
