Director of Philanthropy

The Director of Philanthropy will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive fund development plan that ensures a diverse and sustainable funding base for the organization. This position has primary responsibility for leading large-scale fundraising initiatives for the organization, including major giving, capital, annual, and planned giving campaigns and events. The Director of Philanthropy will be expected to build positive relationships with donors, board members, fund development committee members, staff, and volunteers and be an ambassador for the organization and its mission. This position is responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors. The position will supervise the Grants Manager, Senior Coordinator of Donor Engagement, and Philanthropy Specialist.

Salary Grade 18 – $94,100 to $116,700*
