ADRC Coordinator


This position is responsible for the daily oversight of the ADRC program. The coordinator is responsible for providing guidance and support to the ADRC Options Counselors, coordinating all regular program outreach and education, completing monthly reporting and billing, coordinating the Transitions and the SOS programs and assisting the Community Access Manager as needed. 

This position has a regular office schedule of Monday to Friday 8a to 5p. The hiring wage range for this position is $22.50-$23.62 per hour.

  1. Responsible for supervision of ADRC team of employees and volunteers including, but not limited to: hiring, initial and ongoing training, guiding, communicating, coaching, and providing professional development.
  2. Responsible for answering the ADRC phone line as needed to provide coverage for Options Counselors and Case Manager.
  3. Completes all monthly billing for the ADRC team. Works with Fiscal Department and Community Access Manager to ensure budget alignment.
  4. Acts as the Supporting Our Seniors (SOS) Volunteer Liaison. Works with Hilltop Volunteer Manager to provide support and recognition to volunteers. Obtains monthly volunteers timesheets and submits to Fiscal Department. Coordinates volunteer recruitment efforts.
  5. Coordinates and completes timely and accurate data reporting into the state system and other systems utilized by Hilltop to ensure contract compliance and in response to community partnership needs.
  6. Interfaces with various agencies to develop and maintain community partnerships. Actively participates in local and state-wide meetings to provide input regarding process improvements and coordinates outreach efforts.
  7. Works with Community Access Manager to implement employee recognition and performance management strategies when applicable.
  8. Oversees the Transition Coordination services; receives and assigns referrals, participates in state-wide meetings, completes monthly reporting.
  9. Along with Community Access Manager, plans and facilitates weekly team meetings and monthly ADRC Advisory Council Meetings.
  10. Participates in leadership groups at Hilltop’s Family Resource Center.
  11. Resolves issues arising from participants in a timely manner and/or assists and coaches’ staff regarding their handling of difficult or unusual requests. Advises staff regarding problems and complaints from participants.
