Clinical Program Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Full Clinical Licensure in the state of Colorado is required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and 3000 + post-degree clinical hours-Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC/MAC) preferred (or willing to obtain).
- Liability insurance and DORA registration are required.
- Minimum of two years’ experience providing direct services.
- Experience w/ substance use clients preferred.
- Two years of experience supervising staff or equivalent working experience in a leadership role.
- Must pass an extensive background check, comprehensive drug screening, physical exam, have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel on behalf of the agency.
- Able to work with sensitivity to the cultural and/or socioeconomic diversity of the agency’s clients and staff.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Experience working for a non-profit agency.
- Experience providing mental health services in the community is preferred.
Job Expectations/Responsibilities:
Supervision & Management
- Provide and document at least bi-weekly clinical supervision to clinical therapists, case managers and other providers.
- Participate in hiring, training, and ongoing management and accountability of program staff.
- Assist in the development and implementation of staff orientation and staff development programs.
- Be prepared for and actively participate in meetings, staffing, training, ect.
- Complete all necessary administrative documents promptly as scheduled.
Ethical and Quality Standards
- Knowledgeably administer the clinical aspects of the Griffith Centers, according to standards of quality.
- Ensure appropriate practices as outlined by local, state, and federal regulations and best practice standards.
- Assist in the development, review, and update of policies, procedures, and forms related to compliance standards.
- Ensure Clinical Supervisors, Clinical Providers and Program Staff have access to necessary policies and procedures, organizational charts, crisis plans, and other relevant documents and materials essential to their job function.
- Ensure that full-time Clinical Providers and Program Staff maintain at least the minimum required direct clinical hours or direct visitation hours.
- Support with data analysis, and report development.
- Available for crisis situations and provides support/consult to clinicians and staff, as necessary.

- Engage in continuous professional development opportunities.
- Recognize problems and actively contribute to their resolutions.
- Participate in relevant Griffith Centers meetings.
- Demonstrate professional and personal concern for client’s health and safety.
- Attend work on time and regularly.
- Dress appropriately for office based and community based work.
- Maintain a high degree of professional communication w/ team members
- Other duties deemed necessary by the administration.
