Capital Campaign Manager

Position Title:    Capital Campaign Manager 

Classification:    Exempt 

Reports To:         Vice President of Philanthropy

Location:             Denver – 45th Ave Location

Compensation:  $70,000.00 – $80,000.00/annually plus up to 6% annual bonus eligibility

The Capital Campaign Manager will provide leadership, strategy, and planning on the capital campaign for our new Denver-area distribution center, with a fundraising goal of $25M.

The Capital Campaign Manager is responsible for campaign strategy including establishing solicitation priorities, managing prospect lists, developing and executing targeted cultivation plans and solicitation strategies for a range of projects. This position will prepare and provide support to staff, board members, and volunteers for solicitation and planning and managing campaign-related events.

This position is a term limited role based on the campaign timeline with an estimated completion date of June 2026.

Primary Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

  1. Develop, communicate, and follow-up on recommended actions and follow up to leadership, development staff and committee
  2. Update and maintain the prospect grid
  1. Coordinate and manage research of campaign prospects

Committee and Solicitor Support

Prospect and Donor Relations

Expected Hours of Work: 

This is an exempt, full time position. Work schedules may vary each week and consist of weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays. A flexible work schedule is available with the option to work remotely.
