Impact and Operations Manager

First Southwest Community Fund seeks an Operations and Impact Manager to join our team to ensure two main workstreams: 1) enhancing FSWCF’s operations via work on internal and external policies, processes, and tools, and 2) assessing and articulating the impact of FSWCF’s activities and research funding. The successful candidate will lead and support the optimization of systems and infrastructure, translate organizational data to support decision making, and provide operational assistance to other teams to improve their functionality. The impact work will involve using and improving internal processes to track the results and impacts of FSWCF’s grants, loans, and reporting out on this information across the organization and to stakeholders.

The position requires excellent interpersonal and writing skills and a high level of organization. and focus and an ability to work under tight deadlines. An ideal candidate may have experience in some or all of the following: nonprofit management, business, performance measures, project management, strategic planning, and data analytics. Experience in Federal Funding application preferred.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Operations and Impact Manager will work closely with the Executive Director in research, communications, development, grants management, and other areas.

PAY RANGE: $26.56-31.25/hour

Required to talk and hear; frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Ability to stand and sit, reaching with hands and arms, kneeling, crouching. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.  Depending on location and time of year, extreme high and low temperatures within the building will be experienced. This is a remote position with some travel required.
