Behavioral Health Provider – Early Childhood Focus & Field Placement Coordinator and Training Supervisor

Every Child Pediatrics is seeking an experienced Licensed Behavioral Health Provider (BHP) to join our Integrated Care Team in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary pediatric clinic in Aurora. The BHP functions as part of a primary care medical team to provide mental health consultation, assessment, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention.
The BHP will work mainly with 0–6-year-old population to prevent negative health outcomes due to, or exacerbated by, behavioral health concerns. The role includes offering the HealthySteps model within well child visits for children 0-3 and their parents/caregivers. Focus is on supporting attachment, addressing developmental and behavioral concerns, as well as the wellbeing of the parents/caregivers.
The candidate must be well versed in identifying and addressing general child and family mental health issues with specific expertise in infant/early childhood intervention and treatment.
This position also incorporates a leadership role supporting relationships with university graduate programs, vetting, selecting, training and supervising a small number of graduate students and overall coordination of field placements. Periodically supervising unlicensed provided as directed by the Manger of Integrated Behavioral Health.
Qualifications –
For the additional supervisory activities there will be a $5000.00 per year differential added to the base salary.
Base salary is dependent upon experience, training and expertise.
Signing Bonus of $5000.00 year 1 and Retention Bonus of $5000.00 year 2.
