Colorado Nonprofit Association

CEO

Chief Executive Officer

Denver, Colorado

(This Position is on-site and in-person)

The Denver
Tennis Park (DTP) is a kids-first organization, focused on ways to contribute
to the health, advancement, and opportunity of youth through tennis. F
ormed in 2017, DTP is
the result of a public-private partnership between the University of Denver
(DU), Denver Public Schools (DPS), and private philanthropy. These founding
partners share a deep commitment to supporting and leveraging youth development
in Denver. Serving about 5,000 youth annually, DTP is focusing on establishing
partnerships with youth development organizations already working in under
resourced communities. While celebrating the youth sports mission, it is
critical to DTP’s success to be members of the education, early childhood,
pediatric health, and human services sectors.

board, staff, partners, and supporters are eagerly anticipating collaborating
with a new Chief Executive Officer to achieve the following five strategic
pillars:

§ Program and Facility
Expansion
– Continuous improvement
of DTP programs, while focusing on serving more DPS students, and expanding
community outreach programing.

§ Collaboration – Dynamic engagement of founding partners,
funders and community organizations that provide resources to youth that DTP
works to serve.

§ Fiscal Strength – Develop a diverse and sustainable funding
model that includes earned and philanthropic revenue.

§ Culture – Promote the HEART core values of DTP: humility, effort, attitude, respect, and
teamwork, which create a positive tennis experience for the staff and all who
want to learn and play.

§ Operations – Leading and facilitating effective operations and maintenance of the
tennis facility, with the goal of making DTP a world class tennis facility. Continuous
improvement of all programs, operations, policies, procedures, and practices to
ensure current and future sustainability.
