Project Manager (one-year full-time position)

The Project Manager will work in collaboration with the Program Director, the Queer Youth Faculty workgroup and the rest of the administrative team to oversee the development, design, piloting, testing and launch of new training programs and services dedicated to serving youth in Colorado. This person will own the operations, recruitment, outcomes tracking, grant management, and marketing of youth services and youth-focused training programs at DFI. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing and tracking all other active grants (budget, activities, outcomes, and reporting). This role is a one-year position funded by Caring for Denver Foundation. This project will increase access to affordable, strength-based, and client-centered care for Denver’s youth and shape the field of mental health to be more inclusive and affirming of LGBTQIA+ youth and their families. The Project Manager will serve as the primary Project Lead of the Queer Youth program between August 2024 – October 2024 while DFI’s Program Director and current Project Lead is on parental leave.
