Job purpose

The Broadway & Cabaret Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of a fast-paced team that manages campaigns for more than 20 touring shows each year. The role provides general marketing and administrative support on a variety of projects and tasks.

As part of a larger, comprehensive in-house marketing department, the Broadway & Cabaret Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with designers, videographers, writers, digital managers and ticketing agents to initiate and implement marketing assets that drive sales. In turn, the coordinator will work directly with show producers to request approvals and implement requested changes in order to put assets in market on deadline. 

The coordinator must have exceptional organizational and project management skills in order to meet deadlines for concurrent campaigns. Individuals who function well in a high-energy, deadline-oriented environment will thrive.

Supervisor responsibilities

This is an entry level administrative position. This position may oversee volunteers from time-to-time but does not have a direct report. 

Working conditions

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Physical requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen.  The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, and occasionally lift and move boxes. The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must be able to drive a passenger vehicle. 

Compensation

$56,485.00 Annually

The DCPA is located in Denver, CO and all roles are based at our on-site location: 1101 13th Street, Denver, CO 80204. Some roles at the DCPA may be eligible for hybrid work options. More information is available through the interview process.
