Job purpose

The Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Theatre Services Manager. The Assistant Theatre Services Manager serves as the manager on duty of the venue by providing exceptional customer service to the patrons, providing management support to the House Managers/volunteers and ensuring the theatre, lobby and auxiliary locations are safe, clean and in working condition.

Working Conditions

Front of house, lobby, and theater environment. A portion of duties are likely to be performed in very low lighting.

This position requires availability on nights, weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to physically move through the theatre and lobby, walking, climbing stairs, reading tickets in various forms, using technology including computers and ticket scanners. Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Direct reports/Supervisor Responsibility

Oversees house managers, ushers, and patron services each show. Sends out detailed show report.

Compensation

$24.00 – $26.00 Hourly
