Job Readiness Coach

The Job Readiness Coach will contribute to the Community Educational Outreach (CEO) team. CEO provides opportunities for those facing barriers to meeting their employment and educational goals. CEO is committed to fostering a safe, equitable, and inclusive environment for both staff and students.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday (9:00am-2:00pm) and one Friday per quarter

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Location: Intervention Community Corrections Services (ICCS) in Boulder, CO. This position is in person at our partner site, a residential facility for men and women.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be adept with technology
• Bachelor’s (Required)
• Ability to Commute: Boulder, CO 80302

Job Readiness Lab Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to clients seeking job resources in the computer lab
• Assist clients with computer skills
• Assist in creating resumes and cover letters
• Conduct practice interviews
• Assist students with career exploration and goal setting
• Able to problem solve and handle challenging situations while remaining calm
• Interest in effectively connecting and working with a wide range of clients
• Maintain positive communication and interaction with partner facility staff, CEO staff, volunteers, and students
