Bilingual Evaluation and Learning Manager

Job Description: Manager of Evaluation and Learning 

Summary:  

Under the direct supervision from the department director, the manager of evaluation and learning is integral to measuring the overall impact of CSPC’s programs in the community. The manager works closely with program staff and partners providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the successful implementation of the organization’s measurement plan. Implementing the organization’s measurement plan can include collecting, analyzing, and visualizing quantitative and qualitative data in Spanish and English and managing internal tools and systems (Airtable, Survey Monkey, Google Forms, etc.). Additionally, the
manager collaborates with team members to ensure that they have the data needed to facilitate our internal continuous learning and improvement practice.
 

Key responsibilities: 

· Ensure all programs and partners are supported with their day-to-day evaluation needs (pulling reports, managing surveys, analyzing basic data, etc.) 

· Manage the evaluation plan for the organization and ensure milestones and deadlines are met 

· Provide needed data for funders and/or partners 

· Ensure database and other tools (Survey Monkey, Google Forms, etc.) continue to meet the needs of the organization and its initiatives 

Overall goals: 

· Support, coach, guide staff and partners to build knowledge and capacity of evaluative practice across the organization and its initiatives to support continuous learning and improvement 

· Assist in telling the story of impact that CSPC has on the community it serves 

· Utilize culturally-responsive evaluation techniques to implement the organization’s evaluation plan 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 

· Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant, related field such as social sciences, public administration, education, public health, public policy or nonprofit management. 

· Nonprofit Experience: Three-to-five years of experience working within nonprofit organizations, preferably in roles related to program management and/or evaluation and learning. 

· Evaluation Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in program evaluation, including designing and implementing evaluation frameworks, data collection, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data in English and Spanish.

Experience working with diverse populations in a variety of community-based settings. Skill in presenting complex data in a clear and compelling manner, often using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is ideal. 

· Learning and Development: Experience in designing and implementing
organizational learning initiatives, including training and capacity-building
programs for staff and/or stakeholders.
 

· Data Analysis: Evaluation Capacity Development, proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, or statistical software packages, to analyze and interpret program data. 

· Project Management: Strong project management skills to coordinate and oversee evaluation and learning projects, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

· Grant Management: Proposal evaluation and grantmaking Project Evaluation, Familiarity with grant reporting requirements and the ability to effectively communicate evaluation findings to funders and stakeholders. 

· Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish to convey evaluation findings to diverse audiences, including staff, donors, program participants, and funders. 

· Adaptability: The ability to adapt to evolving organizational needs and emerging trends in evaluation and learning with diverse populations in a variety of settings.  

· Collaboration: Effective teamwork and collaboration skills to work with program managers, staff, and external stakeholders in a hybrid environment (virtual and
in-person)

This position is based in Colorado. All employees must live within Colorado. All employees work remotely, and their home residence is considered their official place of employment.
