Collect and circulate documents required in the closing process, including title, survey, zoning, insurance, appraisal, entity documents, environmental assessment, leases, etc. Review insurance to ensure applicable requirements are met. 

Set up and upload project information in internal databases and systems; and 

an eagerness to serve as the primaryliaison and resource to CHFA’s borrowers and partners i n the closing process 

 

The Commercial Loan Closer will independently manage andlead the loan closing process from loan approval to funding (and post-closing funding, if applicable) for various CHFA loans and managed program loans.
