Preferred Communities Case Manager

About CWS

Imagine waking up every morning with the chance to change someone’s life. Imagine knowing your efforts will benefit both your career and our neighbors around the world. At CWS, our team knows they are making a difference every day. Whether you’re in our U.S.-based offices supporting refugees, asylees or unaccompanied children … implementing hygiene initiatives in Cambodia or rebuilding projects in Central America … or even connecting remotely from your home on fundraising campaigns, grant reports, or critical communications – you have the opportunity to work towards a world where everyone has food, a voice and a safe place to call home.

The Case Manager provides assistance to Ukrainian humanitarian parolees and other qualified immigrants to ensure newcomers are connected to resources and services. The Case Manager provides intake and assessment to program participants, developing a service plan and connecting clients to appropriate agencies and resources. The Case Manager works to support individual client needs and preferences offering a range of educational, financial, medical, social, vocational, and other services and resources based on needs and client eligibility. The Case Manager will operate out of the CWS Ft. Collins office with travel to local government and community service agencies. Case Managers work directly with incoming families and will be required to complete a background check, confidentiality agreement, and training modules, treating all individuals with understanding and respect.
