Business Administrator

This position serves as the Business Administrator for Christ Clinic. Principle responsibilities include ensuring appropriate administration of Human Resources, Financial, and Operational processes for the organization in compliance with local, state, and federal agencies for licensure and management. Maintains administrative procedures and ensures effective support of the organization’s operational needs for sustainability and growth.

Human Resources Responsibilities:

Works with the Executive Director to maintain Human Resource policies/procedures/practices for employees and volunteers

Organizes Human Resource documents

Manages insurance policy renewals including organizational, board, and workman’s compensation

Manages annual licensures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Assists with annual and supplemental HRSA Redeeming processes to maintain FTCA coverage

Financial Responsibilities:

Maintains financial controls and system of accounts including overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statements, payroll processing, and balancing of accounts

Prepares periodic and year-end financial and supporting statements

Assists in year-end audit (if applicable) and CPA for tax filing

Works with Executive Director to develop most efficient/effective management of donors, mail donation receipts, and thank you letters; maintains donor database with up to date information

Operational Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains vendor relations for general office support including technology, office equipment and other items as necessary for the successful operation of the organization

Manages office/clinic location leases

Orders, assembles, and maintains stock of organizational materials such as educational and outreach supplies, donor and board materials, etc.

Assists with routine updates to website for donor, board and staff information as well as content updates to maintain accuracy and relevancy to current clinic operations

Assists with preparation and distribution of quarterly board reports
