Office Coordinator(Part-time)

The Children’s Museum has an opening for an Office Coordinator. This position will provide administrative support and fulfill customer service duties, including answering and/or appropriately routing guest phone and email inquiries, managing equipment contracts and office supply orders, and work with multiple Departments on the Museum’s internal and external reservations systems, ensuring organizational resources are used efficiently and that the office environment operates smoothly. 

Hours: 25 hours per week, Tuesday-Saturday from 8am-1pm 

Rate: $21.00-$22.50/ hour
