Support Coordinator

Advocates for Children CASA is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the lives of children and youth who have experienced abuse, neglect or other life challenges by connecting them with volunteer advocates and activating community partnerships. Our organization recruits, trains and supports community volunteers who advocate for children with either an open court cases or a voluntary case. Court cases include Dependency & Neglect, Truancy or Juvenile Delinquency. Voluntary programs include mentorships towards youth led goals and/or support with life skills and housing. All CASA volunteers speak up for the best interest of the child. 

In working towards helping CASA meet its overall objective of providing support for children with open abuse and neglect cases, the Support Coordinator will support the operations of Advocates for Children CASA. Such responsibilities will include data entry, internal data audits, tracking of essential metrics and providing auxiliary support to the Senior Operations Manager.  

Reports to: Senior Operations Manager 

Salary (Non-exempt): $19.23-20.19/hr. (depending on experience), which is equivalent to $32,000-$33,600/annually 

Hours: This is a 32-hour/week position. Hours will be generally Monday-Friday during the hours of 8am-5pm, with occasional night and weekend hours during volunteer training, outreach events and agency events. This is a hydbrid position that allows for both in-person at our office and at-home flexibility with a minimum of 2 in-office days.

Transportation: A valid driver’s license and
personal transportation is required for this position.
