 Marketing Manager Dental Lifeline Network 

One of America’s most respected and admired humanitarian dental care organizations seeks an innovative marketing manager. If you have experience in developing all aspects of digital marketing strategies including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising, you may be a great fit. 

Since 1974, Dental Lifeline Network (DLN) has arranged comprehensive dental treatment for people with disabilities or who are elderly or medically fragile. Its flagship Donated Dental Services (DDS) program involves more than 14,000 volunteer dentists and 3,000 volunteer dental laboratories who have donated over $500 million in free treatment to more than 165,000 individuals.

Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies 

· Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the organization’s overall goals. Identify KPIs and track campaign performance to measure success. 

· Manage social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to engage with our audiences. Create compelling content, including text, images, and videos, to drive brand awareness and increase website traffic. Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility. 

· Oversee SEO campaigns, monitor website performance and make necessary adjustments to improve search engine rankings. 

· Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media to reach a wider audience. Track the performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROI. 

Email Marketing 

· Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns in Constant Contact. Manage our email list to deliver personalized content and improve engagement. Track email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Mange the development of high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, and infographics, to attract and retain our target audiences.  

Website Management 

· Collaborate with our web development team to ensure our website is user-friendly and visually appealing. Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience.  

  

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a nonprofit, dental or healthcare setting. A proven track record of developing and implementing creative and effective digital marketing campaigns is essential.
